1. Club Tour
Book an appointment to meet one of our friendly staff. They'll take you for a walk around the club, let you know our process, see how we can support you further & help you get started
A 45-60 min one-on-one assessment with one of our trainers. This is where we get to know you more and talk you through how we can help support you on your wellness journey. From here our trainers develop you personalized programming.
3. Program Portfolio
Be taken through the gym floor and guided through your personalized exercises. This session is designed to teach you how to use our equipment, use correct technique and form and ensure your programs are a perfect fit !
Every 6 weeks you receive another wellness assessment and program portfolio, including body composition scans to track your progress and emotional support for your holistic well-being.
Designed to support you and provide extra encouragement, motivation and care.
